The tie rod end, shaped using the forming method, extends the product's service life by preventing the fiber breakage associated with machining. Furthermore, when the threaded section of the tie rod is formed via cold forming, there is no need for additional CNC machining.
By opting for the 'cold forming' method in the production of tie rod housings, we ensure maximum structural integrity in our parts. The controlled grain flow provided by this technology has been verified through testing.
The casing, formed using the cold forming method, is produced with less labor and higher quality. While achieving an excellent finish and smoothness on both the inner and outer surfaces, the material's strongest structural form is preserved in the core.
All products are controlled by computerized and manual quality and measurement check devices placed in the room.
